NEET PRO (Labor Market Support Program for Young People Neither in Education nor Employment) is a special project implemented to ensure the integration of young people into the labor market and to create a qualified workforce.
The contract for our project named “NEETs in the Seed Sector: Seed Training Program (NEETSeed)” was signed on 28.04.2023 with the number TREESP1.2NEETPRO/P-03/125. Our project started on 01.08.2023 and will last 1 year. Our project will be carried out under the management of Ege University Seed Technology Application and Research Center.
The target audience of our project is NEETs between the ages of 20-29. The target audience of the program is NEETs between the ages of 20-29, and reaching them and ensuring their registration with İŞKUR are among the aims of the project. Thanks to the training to be provided, the qualifications of the participants will be improved and they will reach the level appropriate to the needs of the local labor market and their job search processes will be supported.
In accordance with this purpose; 80 NEETs selected from young graduates between the ages of 20-29 will be included in a 3-week intensive training program. During this period, they will receive practical training on seed production and development, seed analysis, seed marketing and technical training.
