The European and Turkish seed industry faces major challenges such as the need for sustainable agricultural production in the coming years. However, in order to overcome these challenges, there is a great need for human resources in the Turkish and European seed industry with in-depth knowledge of breeding, seed production and marketing, project management experience and analysis skills.
In this project created to meet this need, a total of 80 young people who will be selected by interview from among the applicants will be included in the intensive training program, and then they will do internships in seed companies and will be able to access job opportunities in the seed industry.
